Like many of us, I think have been on every diet under the sun. I found out about Medshape from my sister who went through their program and lost her weight. I have not seen her in about 6 months and was shocked when I saw her. She told me about Medshape. I reluctantly went in for a consultation and ended up joining. I did the program in June and finished the end of August. I am happy to report the program works. I lost 41 pounds, went from a size 14 to a size 8/10. I saw the medical staff every week and they were a world of support. I now see the clinic once every two weeks to learn how to keep my weight off. Follow the program and it works like a dream.
