A beautifully balanced little plate of flavor. The tuna is well-prepared to achieve the perfectly seared outside with a ruby red inside. Loved the many details and garlicky notes on the plate and found myself wishing there were more of the dressing to rub the tuna and greens around in... though really, it was exactly the right amount. If you're very hungry you'd better order a supplemental dish as the portion is teeny-tiny.
