Not only has my car taken 24 times longer than initially stated (one week is now 6 months), I've had to return my car for the same repair 8 times now. Then there's the issue where they never bother calling you to give you the status of your car. If they tell you to call on a particular day, they don't pick up the phone. Not at the shop, not cell phones. You're simply left waiting and hoping that if you call over 40 times a day, you'll get them 4 or 5 days later. The ONLY reason I've ever been called is so they can ask about their payment. Don't bother with this company unless you've already got a great lawyer.
