After seeing the nice job done on my sister's wedding album by Russ Ro, my wife and I brought our wedding picture CD and negatives to Russ Ro in the hopes of getting similar results. We spent over 8 hours with Russ designing the wedding album and paid IN FULL for the album and associated services trusting that he would actually deliver a finished product like any respectable place of business.
Three years later (and counting), we have neither received our wedding album nor been given a refund with our wedding picture CD and negatives returned. At this point, phone calls and emails to Russ Ro from us are no longer returned. While Russ may be able to point to some success stories, he is not someone that should be trusted with your most treasured memories...
