Wow! let me tell you about the Rude, Obnoxious and unprofessionalism that I experienced at this establishment. \r
\r
I was there for a business dinner on November 30, 2010, which I highly recommended to have the business dinner there. It was not a great night for me or my business associates as Bourbon Steak House was conducting another event which involved a sports figure. \r
\r
The manager (Francisco, if that's his correct name) was the rudest of all. He was so rude and unprofessional he folded under pressure. The event apparently had more attendees than they anticipated, so he started locking customers out of the restaurant that had already been there prior to this event, such as me. He also wouldn't let customers leave the restaurant which is a fire hazard. \r
\r
Once the Sports Figure arrived he lost his managerial skills and showed NO leadership. He ordered his staff to have us to move from our table so that they can block an area for Chris Bosh and his entourage and I refused. If I have never been disrespected or embarrassed this was the night to experience that reality. \r
\r
Upon leaving the restaurant I went back to have my valet ticket validated, which they were suppose to since we dined in the restaurant. Once again the rude manger would not allow me to come in and slammed the door shut and locked it like I was some type of thief in the night. I was hurt and embarrassed, so I paid the $45 for three valet tickets and left. \r
\r
My business associates were confused and upset. We could have gone to any restaurant in the Aventura area like Houstons, PF Chang's or Bella Luna to receive better service, but I made the choice to eat at Bourbon Steak house and had the WORSE night of my life. Never again!\r
\r
I will never and repeat NEVER patronize that restaurant and will not recommend it to anyone. \r
\r
The food is ok but its not worth the disrespect and rude service.
