I did a review on this restaurant some weeks ago about how unprofessional the service was and how rude the staff treated me and my business guests. The comment that was indicated in my review were words from a letter that was sent to the manager. \r

Well, I received a call from the GM at the restuarant apologizing for that evening and inviting me and my business associates for a complimentary dinner. \r
\r
It was a well deserved evening for me, Miss Golden Beauty, the Assistant Director of First Class Productions and the VP of First Class Productions were all in attendance. \r
\r
The staff was amazing which is how they are originally. We had a great meal from New York Stripped and Skirt Steaks, Maryland Bass, Kilda wine which was very good, tasty desert and a great evening. \r

It went from a disater to a deserving evening for us all. We deserved an evening of great service and hospitality the GM and the staff of Bourbon Steakhouse deserved another chance to show us a great evening of that. \r
