We hired Commonwealth Door to install some new doors and handles for our manufacturing addition in Roanoke and they really made a mess of things. The wrong doors shipped and were put in at the wrong time, as we had equipment still to move in. On a couple of expensive doors that were not supposed to be installed yet, there was damage and they would not give us an allowance or anything, we had to threaten the General Contactor to get anything about the extensive damages addressed with them. Their install crews that came to our building were very poor, they had no discipline and you know they spent a lot of time goofing off and then did a poor job to boot. It was generally poor workmanship from Commonwealth Door and from all levels considered. Things were installed crooked, sharpie pen marks on the nice wood finished doors, just sloppy, plain and simple. It took an immense amout of effort to get what we paid for and it shouldnt be like that. What a mess, but a lesson learned, go to a reputable company like Skyline if you want some decent customer service.
