My experiences at Sundance Yoga Studios have been wonderful! I have gone there for about 6 years now. When I began, I started with the Mommy N Me class where I could take my toddler with me. I have since gone through two pregnancies and have LOVED doing yoga throughout prenatal care. My doctor and chiropractor were thrilled to hear that I was doing yoga throughout pregnancies as well. The Mommy and Me classes are wonderful for prenatal care, because it is such a gentle exercise. It is also great after babies to get your abs and core strong again! Valerie and the other instructors really cater to your personal needs throughout the sessions. I have also attended regular yoga classes in between pregnancies and always enjoy those as well. It is a very caring, loving environment where everyone is a friend!
