Preferred Long Distance will call you ""on behalf of AT&T"" and tell you that they are going to remove charges from your bill. Don't fall for it. They will transfer your service from your current provider to themselves. If their product and services are so good and save people money then why do they have to lie to people in order to get customers? I called AT&T and put a lock on my account so that companies like Preferred Long Distance can't make any changes to my services or to my bill. I would suggest that you do the same.
