Worst service experience attempting a Blue Tooth purchase for the ear. The personnel are so busy trying to sell you new services that they don't service needs you have come in to address. First staff attempts to sell you a high priced Blue Tooth when the basic item is serviceable. Then when you ask what is involved in getting started, they fail to tell you that you have to ""pair "" the device with the phone. They also do not check which ear is dominant so that the ear piece can be adjusted as side specific (the latter is important for folks who do not have good hearing in both ears). Finally, they make you come back to do these things -- ncessitating a second trip -- and they don't take you right away when you had been in the store previously for the same service. more
