When I called for an update they didn't know my dog and I had to call back and insist they give me a realistic evaluation of how she was doing - they don't list their full fees on their website and do not volunteer information re. this to first time boarders like me. When you question them the woman I spoke with got shrill and defensive and yelled and interrupted. My dog came back healthy, i must say, but I would NOT go back and, honestly, I don't think I've ever encountered a more hostile and rude attitude as a customer before at any biz. Kinda shocking.
