I recently went here to purchase a gift for my mom. I have purchased several orchids from them and my mom used to purchase all of her landscaping materials from them. She refuses to shop there because of the customer service.
I went in on a Saturday afternoon and there was one other customer in the orchid section and three people working. I had several questions about my purchase and was treated like a nuisance. I bought several orchids from them in the Spring that were dormant and one had little mealy bugs that spread to all of my other plants that I already owned. It took me several weeks to spray all of my them to get rid of these bugs. I will not be purchasing any other products from them!
