I found them on google, called. They said to come in. I went in with my Samsug sound bar, which had stopped working a year ago. Two men helped me, both friendly. One contacted Samsung on the internet. The other hooked up the sound bar. and found that the optical cable connectig it to the TV was broken. He replaced it with one that worked. The sound bar worked just fine.\r

They did not charge for service. They sold me a new optical cable for $10. I was on my way after just a few minutes. Excellent!\r
