We had a bond for ""retreat and repair."" We found we had termite damage to the tune of $3000. They told us they would not honor the bond. I tried to talk with the owner, Connie Couch, but they would only put me through to someone who identified himself as ""John"" who said ""I don't care"" to everything we told him. They said there was nothing we could do about it, and they did not care if we told people. So we will. We are realtors, and always tell our clients to get a termite bond. Now we take it further and tell them to get a bond with a company who will honor claims. And that would not be CRC.
