I'm a bride to be and I called the Milk Pail to set up an appointment to view their banquet facilities. Nobody answered (after calling at different times for a few days) so I ended up leaving a message. A week later, nobody had returned my phone call. I called again and finally got a hold of someone, and made an appointment to come view their facilities. When we arrived today however, 12/28/10 at 10am, all of the doors were locked and nobody was to be found. We called their number, got no answer, and no one ever showed up (we waited fifteen minutes.) We left a voicemail but no one ever retuend our calls, or called to say they wouldn't be there. Needless to say we will not be trusting this unreliable company for our wedding and wouldn't recommend their banquet facilities to anyone due to their poor service.
