I had Chem Dry of St. Louis clean our carpets. Tech was on his cell phone the entire time at our home. After he left, we noticed that the window was broken from the inside in our spare bedroom. I called Chem Dry immediately and was told that the tech was not at fault. Company owner refuses to acknowledge or cover damages of $189.
