This is what car buying should be like! Piers (our salesman) and Malcolm (finance manager) were both very pleasant and easy to deal with. They answered our questions fully, Piers went to great lengths to make sure my wife was comfortable with all the features of the car, and Malcolm educated me about the various finance options and add-ons, but didn't push them hard. Very pleasant experience all-around. I'll definitely come back for my next car, and refer all my friends here.
