The review of the property at 3221 Park St. was written by someone who has never rented or done business with Traditions Realty. Somehow, we have been tied to the problems between the previous property managers and the former tenant. I can only say that the house is sound, all systems are in good working order, and it is considered one of Avondale's show houses. We will be happy to show it to anyone interested and think they will agree.
