Since there are very few places to take things to get engraved, I have unfortunately used their service many many times and every time I leave the store upset and frustrated. They constantly add in upcharges that you have to call them on in order to have them removed!! The manager has a horrible attitude and is very defensive when you question why you are being charged for things! If you have a jeweler or someone else to engrave things... go there!!! This is a horrible experience EVERY time!!!!
