I found out I was a carb-o-holic! I thought that eating cereal for breakfast, skipping lunch and eating a big dinner, usually pasta or beans and rice with chili was good because it was high in fiber and whole wheat when I could?I also ate a lot of high sugar fruits as they were my favorite but I kept putting on the pounds even after I began exercising more than 3 times per week. Turns out that low-carb eating, with plenty of veggies and protein not only allowed my body to drop the weight fast but I also felt better, no more feeling like a needed a long nap at 2pm each day. Also the appetite suppressant really helped me stay on track and get over my carb addiction.
