I had used Hallquest service when I built my new home. I used lots of granite and was a big customer to them. But after few years when I had problem in one of the rooms they hesitate to come and have a look at. I said I can pay for the repair. Called five six times in the last year still nobody returns the call. Very poor customer service. I was disappointed. I would never use them in future.
