my blower fan was broken. i took my car in on a tuesday and didn't get it back for a whole week (thursday was thanksgiving and they're closed on sunday, but c'mon). i paid $179 and drove the car home a few blocks and the fan worked. the next time i got in the car the panel underneath the steering wheel fell off (while i was driving!) and the fan stopped working. i called and they apologized and said they would make it right. they had it for the day and the fan worked again. they had explained (the second time i picked up the car) that it may be not be an electrical problem as they had originally assumed, but they wanted to save us money, so we could see if the new wiring fixed the problem and if not they may have to replace the fan itself. the new wiring fixed the problem - for a few days. again, it stopped working. i received a follow up call regarding my satisfaction and i explained that the fan stopped working again, yadayada. they apologized again and said they would email an estimate for the labor and the new fan. i never heard from them again. more
