If I could have, I would have given -0- stars. I [used to] go here regularly and have seen a steep gradual decline in service and in quality over the last 2 years. Yesterday was my last visit.
For the price, I expect to be the focus of my hairdresser's world for 2 hrs. Unfortunately, hairdressers are all servicing 2-3 clients at a time, and after 50 mins. of highlights, I was left to dry and style my own hair. This is the 2nd time in 6 months that this has happened.
The best service I received was from the Shampoo girl, who did a great job. Unfortunately, that was 5 mins. of my 2.5 hr. appointment.
As I was paying my bill and leaving a tip, not one of the 3 ladies (doing nothing) behind the counter said ""thank you"", ""come again"", ""Happy Holidays"" ...nothing. It was the WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced in any service industry.
I have concluded that for a HIGH-END SALON, they have LOW CLASS SERVICE and as I look at my hairdo this morning, I'm thinking I could do better at the Wal-Mart salon...
