Poor response from their cabling department. I called and sent a work request on 12/1. Turns out it was sent to their data department. I was assured it would be forwarded to the correct people. Followed up again on 12/3 and was told it would be looked into. A week later I have yet to recieve even a ""yes"" or ""no"" about our request. Will not consider for future work.
