These people try and upsell $600 frames, don't allow you to try frames on unless they've selected them, bully you when you dare to ask for something different, and totally fail to help you get what you need. Three months since my initial visit, I am suffering from eye strain and headaches because they failed to get my frames, lenses or clip-ons right. Can't reason with them, talk to them, they are so incredibly dictatorial. God awful hellish experience.
The owner refuses to refund my money, is lying to her bank and demanding paperwork for the return that I never received. She also told us that she is withholding my money for ""her time"" and on ""principle,"" which proves that she has the merchandise.
