The place looks really nice, actually.. it looks that they've invested a lot of money in decorating it, but they didn't put a single dollar in the kitchen staff and service quality. I went there the first time for a drink and it was empty at 8 PM, but OK. Second time: Dinner. What a mistake! After waiting 10 minutes for the server to show up, we ordered ceviche starters. We had to wait another 10 minutes to get our drinks plus 15 extra minutes to get the ceviche. The server excused the ""Chef?"" saying that this is not fast food style and it takes time...mmm, The main courses took 30 minutes to be served (we had some pasta and fish) and the whole order was a mess. I don't understand why people without knowledge of how a restaurant has to treat its customers waste time and money instead of hiring the right people. Again, it's a nice place but it will close its doors soon, and it's sad.
