They picked up a bag of laundry and it disappeared. This is the third time they have stolen items. First it was expensive delicates, the second time it was pillowcases and now the whole bag disappeared. Their driver remembers picking it up, but the washer lady doesnt remember washing it. I went in person to find my laundry and they refused to search, claiming if it wasnt in their computer, they cant help me. They told me to wait for the driver and ask him myself. If I hadnt been looking out the window, the driver would have come and gone. The driver said he didnt work the weekends (when the laundry was picked up). The manager called another driver and he remembered picking up our laundry. We had a Turkish bath towel worth $100, work uniforms, a brand new blanket that was getting washed for the first time. I tried to find the owner and the employees hang up on me. A friend of mine said she had the same problem. Her sons expensive jeans disappeared and it wasnt until she threatened to call the police before they found them. They are extremely dishonest. If you would have told me that someone would steal my laundry, I wouldnt have believed it. BELIEVE IT!
