Nick provided an estimate over the phone, and beat it! He arrived on time, and presented himself as the professional that he is. Nick placed two carpets on the front stoop, so as not to track debris in, and had little corner protectors for the walls to prevent wear marks from the hose (nice touch). The job was completed rapidly, but thoroughly; and he even raked out the carpet when he was done cleaning it. Nick then provided me with little plastic slippers, so I could walk on the rug as it was drying, and not get it dirty in the process. Nick did a great job, was professional in every manner, and personable while he was in our home. I would recommend Neat Nix to anyone. I'm not going to lose this business card!
