After several days of being in extreme pain, his office staff never sceduled the tests that he ordered. They acted bothered by my calling daily, and flat out lied by saying it was scheduled and authorized through my insurance. I assure you it was not! Coming up on a holiday weekend, they were supposed to fax me the order so that I could handle it and never did. I find this unacceptable and unprofessional. I cant imagine leaving someone in this kind of pain for more than a week. I wouldnt send my worst enemy there! And my favorite part, is that he took several calls while in with me....not for sick patients or emergencies, but personal calls!
