I ordered 2 crispy meat tacos for $1.99 and 1 Medium drink. The total was almost $4.00. I pulled up to the window and it was the same woman. I paid in cash. It took this woman approximately 2-3 minutes to even come to the window as she was a ""conversation"" with the other employees before opening the window to do any business. I was really frustrated that she left me there that long. I thought it was odd. I couldn't tell if they were arguing or not? I handed this woman my $4.00 and she took it and slammed the window. (When I say slammed...I DO indeed mean slammed)...She handed me my drink. I said ""Thank you""...she said NOTHING. She handed me my taco...(notice I said TACO SINGULAR; I ordered 2.remember) and NO RECEIPT was given nor any change. I said Thank you...she said NOTHING. I asked her very nicely if there was a customer service phone number to call and she asked me ""why?"" I replied ""I was just wondering in order to make general comments"" Her reply was ""NO"" . I asked if there was ANY way of reaching SOMEONE that could take a general comment. She looked at me very strange as if I came from another planet and said that the only person that I could call would be the OWNER that works Tuesday thru Saturday and the number is on the receipt. (Remember, she gave me no receipt) I told her that there was no receipt, no change and I was in fact actually missing part of my order. I then asked for her name (VERY NICELY) she said she wasn't giving that information to me as I could be a stalker. I replied by asking her for her managers name and again she said she was not giving me this information. She then slammed the door in my face. I remained calm. I asked my friend in the car if she could get out a piece of paper and pen and we sat there for another minute because I did not get the rest of my order that I paid for, nor the receipt. The employee was laughing thru the window with this woman which was clearly visible to not only me but the other 4 passengers in the car 2 of which were my small children (11 and 8 years of age). This woman again came to the window and made gestures with her body for me to MOVE ALONG (such as a person would if you were directing a plane on a runway) I actually couldn't believe this was happening. She then opened the window and did not even allow me to ask for my food again nor my receipt nor my change. She yelled that if I did not move my car, she would ""spit"" on me and take down my plate number and consider it trespassing. I was SHOCKED. I asked her if she even realized how absolutely rude and unprofessional she was being. She again slammed the window in my face and laughed with another employee. If ANYONE reading this has had this kind of abusive behavior from this woman at this location (82nd/Sunnyside) PLEASE write a review. This woman is the worst case I have ever seen. Your story and mine need to be heard. Thank you.
