I met the salesman, George, at a home show in Pasadena and he followed up with me in courteous no-pressure manner. When we were finally ready to have laminate flooring installed (28 stairs!), George came to our home to make the measurements and show us our options.
This is a family-operated business, with family members participating in bulk of the installation, especially the detail work. The work was done on schedule; it was refreshing to have workers come on time. George also followed up after the installation was completed.
We are thrilled with our floors. Beautiful and very affordable! And with so many stairs, it was a lot of work. There is a lot of dust with the cutting and trimming of the wood, so make sure that you cover everything as much as possible.
My husband is not one to give out compliments easily, but he says the job on the stairs is like artwork.
