I have been to Cafe 20 only 2 times, and both times I left with an upset stomach. I went in with some friends and relayed my experience to another friend who had told me her husband was a cook there at one point for about a month and never got paid, but stayed because John (the owner) promised he would pay him ""under the table"" until he put him on payroll. When neither happened, he quit. And he also stated that the conditions of the kitchen was incredibly dirty and unsanitary. Raw meat and salads were cut up and prepared in the same area. I will not be going back.
