I called them on Tues (11/30) and spoke with Amanda who scheduled me for an appointment with Brandon for Thur (12/2) between 3 and 4pm. No one ever came or called. I called twice and asked where the service person was. No one has returned my call. I called this morning (12/3) and have not been re-contacted.
This is totally unprofessional. I am writing a complaint to corporate about this lack of service and professionalism. If things change and amends are made I will update my review. But for now....this is where i am at. Don't use these guys.
