The service at the Certified Used Car lot was really terrible. The used car sales person along with the used car sales manager were uncooperative when asking for help with a problem with a vehicle that they were clearly aware of- stating the problem had magically fixed itself but then the problem reappeared. It's amazing how quickly the sales person and the sales manager gave me the run around. I ended up going to another dealership to fix the problem. I would stay far from this dealership.
