I took my PS3 there to have a new blue ray laser installed. Before taking it in, I called & they told me the repair would take 1, no more than 2, weeks. Well, today makes 3 weeks and still no PS3. They lie each time I call and keep putting me off, stating they're having a busy day. Gimme a break! Once I get the PS3 back, I will NEVER take anything else there nor will I rent any games or movies from them. LIARS!
