We are Ambacht Brewing, a Belgian-inspired brewery located in Hillsboro OR. We make the kind of ales that we like: moderately hoppy, dry ales with tons of flavor from the yeasts we use and the local ingredients we use: Organic malt from Great Western Malting; local sour cherries in our Pie Cherry Ales (not sour, just sour cherries). Our ales are dry but with a hint of sweetness from the honey we use to bottle condition the ales.
