I have been going to Gelormini's Auto Repair for about 3 years. I feel that they are extremely easy to talk to. They are more than willing to explain things to people with little or know mechanical background. They are open to show you the whole process, so there is no question about anything they do. They show you all the parts they swap out and everything. They are very upfront, honest, and receptive to customer questions and comments.
Most recently, I had them do a front and rear suspension overhaul and wheel alignment, and I have had gone to them for other major repairs and maintenance as well. Everything has worked out great. I have never once had a problem with anything they have done, but I know if there were ever an issue, they would schedule a time for me to bring my vehicle back without hesitation.
