Outstanding service, call because I had some trouble (which turned out to be my old television) and the technician was there in 15 minutes worked out the problem, reprogrammed my old TV and did not charge anything. His channel lineup far out shines any satellite company, Dish or Direct for the money spent and he does not require a contract. Now he even offers the fastest Internet Service around.
