I met with a sales person about a window I had broken, ABC Glass agreed to replace the glass for an agreed price. i was told it would be ready for pick up in 24 hours but when I returned 2 days later, another salesperson greeted me and swiftly acknowledged the work had not been completed and offered me to go elsewhere to have the glass done.
