Like most men I was afraid to get a colonic, but after suffering so much with Colitis, I ""manned"" up and went to have it done. I found it to be NOT painful and embarassing. Talya Meldy was very gentle and warm. She helped me to relax. I have not had problems with my Colitis for weeks now. I am now sold on colonics and will continue to get them because it seemed to help my Colitis more than the medicine I've been taking. I highly recommend any man out there to get a colonic.
