I've visited the station at various times of day. Register lines are long frequently and there's only one cashier on duty. There is often another person, usually female, busy in other parts of the place. The two I usually see are said to be managers, and to be honest, one often comes to help but the younger one ignores the problem. I'm a busy person and I like to get in and out but I feel if I'm not important enough to be helped in a timely fashion, I'll take the time to go somewhere else. more
