Bailey's Gym is ever decreasing their employees and holding back on their commmission that should be paid to their employees as promised. Now you have to wait 3 months until commission are paid to the enrolling employee. If you shoose to leave the company they do not pay you your commissions even if you give proper notice (2 weeks or more). Why would anyone want to do business with people like this who do everything to encourage employees to work hard but then do more to hold back pay and commissions on them.
