We hired Paul Elliot to prep, list, and manage our property. I can sum up Paul's performance in two words, half-ass. We asked him if he knew an interior painter, we have horizontal streaks on the walls he bothered to paint. Tuns out Paul was the painter-not a pro. It took him a month to get the Sale listing on the internet, but the rental listing was up within a couple of days. He failed to verify employment, income, or rental history. He claimed to be ""driving by"" the property, but missed the illegally parked trailer and pile of trash in the driveway. In just 4 months the tenant did $4K in damage, including shooting an arrow through the AC unit. Paul Elliot is one of those people that is very personable, but he'll take your money and do as little as possible in return. We ask for our money back, he refused, we won't give up.
If you own stay away from this guy. If you're a flaky renter, this guy is for you, he doesn't really check your application, he just wants the commission.
