This place had food that was a step above bar food - unbelievable burgers, fried pickles, sweet potato fries, and clam chowder in a bread bowl - the beer selection was more than adequate, the atmosphere warm and cozy, nice but casual and not at all pretentious - and the best part: a jazz trio that played thurs 12/2 that was unbelievable. made for a perfect evening :)
