We had recently moved to the Kansas city area and called the BBB bureau and Angie's list and was told that this company has been around for a long time and we weren't worried about them not being here for any recalls that we had. We thought about it and called around a little more and with a $9.95 service call we didn't have much to lose so we called them out on a Sunday and Alen was really great in talking to us and letting us know what had happened to the washer and he repaired it right then and told us to call if we had any problems and we assured him we would. What a great company and you know they will be there when the other new companies are long gone. So call them and if you still aren't sure call BBB or Angie's List and be assured. Thanks Again.
