Dr. Rich was excellent and right on the ball with my diagnosis and treatment. I was nervous about whether I would be worse or better off with a laminectomy or not. He gave me realistic expectations and offered his complications rate. In surgery, he must have been slick, because I was out in an hour and a half and my sciatica was all gone! I've been religiously following his activity restrictions, so I pray for a good outcome. I would highly recommend to my friends and family without hesitation.
