Be Yoga ( formerly Yoga Palace) is a beautiful space to come and practice. The caring and helpfulness of the instructors are what make this my favorite yoga studio in Charlotte. Always enthusiastic and encouraging when you push forward in your practice but always reminding you to be good to yourself. There is a great variety of classes and times on the schedule. Great places nearby for coffee and snacks after class!
