I was required to sign a two year contract with Quantum, I'm still waiting to hear what I can do to cancel my contract. I have had to fight them several times over payment. . .they are supposed to debit my checking account every month for $29.84. Two or three times they say my card has been declined for lack of funds. I know for a fact that the money was in the account, they debit on the 3rd of every month. I get paid on the 3rd of every month! Now they are trying to take out two payments. . .the girl I talked to in the billing department, wouldn't even talk to me. She put me in someone's voicemail and didn't even tell me she was doing so. I'm going to the BBB right now to report them, I'm also going to make sure I find a new alarm company ASAP. more
