Tech was not professional at all, before even trying to see what my service call was about he took his time telling me the previous clients service problems on in their furnance. The so call 45 minutes of the visit was 25 minutes of talking about other clients, 15 minutes explaining to me that he did not have change foir $100 dollars and 5 minutes looking at my unit. I knew the problem I was having the "Tech" agreed with my observation and said "that will be $89.00" He also told me that my unit could wait because there are other clients with worse problems. I will make sure to tell anyone that needs help with their haeting unit who NOT to CALL!!!
