When you go to Sanford's Automotive Service with whatever you need Mike talks to you and pulls you in the garage to show what is going on. When I have gone to other places I only get to talk to the service manager, and I never get to see the person who is actually working on my car. I like the way Mike does it.
We have been using Sanford's Automotive for about 2 years. Mike pretty much does everything for me. He has done tires, tune ups, and takes care of all the family's vehicles including my husband's F250 truck, my little sports car, my son's Ford, and my other son's Nissan Altima.
The quality is excellent. I have never had an issue with anything they have done. I have never had a problem. Mike is really easy to talk to and a real easy person to deal with. He tries to get the best price for his customers. If something is too expensive he will shop around. He works with his customers.
